Hey there! I’m Bella, or Bells for short!

I’m a newly 20-year-old on a journey to improve my life and I want to share it ALL with you!

After spending 8 months working 40-60 hours a week, I’ve decided to switch focus and finally put myself first. Now I work on finding techniques and products that improve both physical and mental health, along with developing strategies that make life less stressful!

Better with Bells is focused on better health and a better mind. My goal is to be authentic and completely open about my journey. I’ll share the good, the bad, and the ugly with you so hopefully we can better our lives together!
